Exchanges and Returns

Any order placed on our store offers the possibility of returning one or more items for the following reasons:

  • The size does not fit
  • The product does not meet your expectations
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged
  • You mistakenly received an item that was not included in your initial order

If, for one of these reasons, you wish to return one or more items to us, you have 30 days after receipt.

If shipping costs were offered and without the refunded product(s) they would have been charged, then the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If you choose to return an item because it does not meet your expectations, the return costs will be your responsibility. However, for a defective, damaged product or an order error, we will cover these costs.

Items from partner collections and/or which have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.

Any request made after the 30-day deadline will be subject to a personalized review by our team, which reserves the right to validate or not the return. The shipping costs will then be your responsibility.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and have their original labels. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if the items show signs of use (traces of deodorant, makeup, sweat, odors, etc.). They must be returned in the original packaging.

After verification by our team, we will proceed to refund the order to your bank account, according to the conditions mentioned above. The time to receive the refund is generally 48 to 72 hours.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange a product for another size or model, you can contact us directly. Once your return is validated, we will proceed to send the desired item, subject to availability. Shipping costs for sending the new item may apply. 

PAYMENTS

Our store uses SSL encryption technology which provides maximum security, especially on data protection for online banking services.

Currently, payments are made by credit card or Paypal. We do not accept bank checks or payments on receipt.
