Exchanges and Returns
Any order placed on our shop offers the possibility of returning one or more items for the following reasons:
- The size does not fit
- You don't like the product
- The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged
- You have mistakenly received an item not included in your initial order
If, for one of these reasons, you wish to return one or more items to us, you have a period of 30 days after receipt.
In the event of a refund request, the shipping costs are not refunded.
If the shipping costs have been offered and without the refunded product(s) they would have been invoiced, then the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
All returns made outside France are your responsibility.
Items from partner collections and/or that have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any request made after the 30-day deadline will be examined on a case-by-case basis by our team, which reserves the right to validate or not the return and the shipping costs will be at your expense.
Items must not have been worn, washed or damaged and have their original labels. We grant ourselves the right to refuse reimbursement if we believe that they have been subject to any use. (Traces of deodorant, make-up, sweat, odors and various traces…). They must be returned in the original packaging.
After verification by our team, we will refund the order to your bank account, according to the conditions mentioned above. The deadline for receiving the refund is generally 48 to 72 hours.
PAYMENTS
Our shop uses SSL encryption technology which offers maximum security, especially on data protection for online banking.
Currently, payments are made by credit card or Paypal. We do not accept bank checks or cash on delivery.
