1 - Preamble

Ma Box de Cross is a limited liability company with a capital of 1000 euros. The website accessible at "https://mbcstore.fr/" aims to inform, connect, encourage and support the CrossFit, Cross Training and Functional Fitness community.

The Company owns and publishes the website https://www.mbcstore.fr/ (hereinafter "the Site"). The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., located at 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA.

2 - Company Information

These Terms and Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales made by Ma Box de Cross, a limited liability company with a capital of 1000 euros, registered with the Pontoise Trade and Companies Register under number 884 241 878, represented by Fabien Loyer, with its registered office at 11 rue de Navarre 77700 Serris, France.

3 - Prices

Our product prices are shown in euros including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

4 - Orders

To purchase a product, the buyer must:

• Complete the online order form
• Validate the order after verification
• Complete the payment
• Confirm the order and payment

Order confirmation implies acceptance of these T&Cs and forms the contract.

5 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment provider Stripe. The charge is made when the order is validated. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

The Customer's bank details are not stored electronically by the Company.

6 - Delivery

Products offered on the Site can be delivered worldwide. Delivery times:

• Metropolitan France: 2 to 7 business days
• Europe: 2 to 9 business days
• USA and Canada: 3 to 7 business days
• Rest of the world: 8 to 20 business days

Free shipping for orders over €80, regardless of destination.

7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.222-7 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

At MBC Store, we're nice: we give you 30 days to change your mind!

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their original tags.

8 - Legal Warranties

All products offered by the Company are subject to the legal warranty of conformity provided by law, and to the warranty against hidden defects.

The Customer has two (2) years from delivery of the product to act for non-conformity.

10 - Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The Customer may use conventional mediation with the FEVAD e-commerce Mediator (mediateurduecommerce@fevad.com).
