Return Policy
Any order placed on our store offers the possibility of returning one or more items for the following reasons:
- The size doesn't fit
- The product doesn't meet your expectations
- The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged
- You simply want to change your mind
You have 30 days after receipt to return your items.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Without signs of use (deodorant marks, makeup, sweat, odors, etc.)
Note: Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of defective or damaged product.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective product or order error: return shipping is on us.
Change of mind: return shipping is at your expense.
Refund
After verification by our team, we will process the refund to your bank account. The refund is typically received within 48 to 72 hours.
If shipping was free and without the refunded product(s) it would have been charged, then shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, contact us directly. Once your return is validated, we will send the requested item, subject to availability.
